Things To Know:

​​

  • To participate in this consignment sale, sellers will pay a registration fee of $13.00 that is deducted from your total sold amount. The sellers consignment split is 75% to the seller, 25% to Little Lambs.

​

  • All sellers MUST work a three-hour shift before, during or after the sale.

​​

  • As a thank you for participating, sellers will have a private shopping day on Friday at 5:30 PM before the sale begins.

​​

  • If you are interested in being a seller, please click on the link above to register and sign up for your work shift. 

​​

  • Our deadline for submitting seller numbers will be the Friday in the week before the sale. You MUST REGISTER on or before this date.

​

  • If you were a seller in a previous sale since Little Lambs went online, you will use your previous tag/seller number.

​

  • All information is now online. There will be NO packets to pick up.

​​

  • All Sellers please note all CHECKS will be MAILED so please make sure your mailing address is correct when you sign up. Checks should be mailed out two weeks after the sale.

  • ​

  • If you have any questions, or if for any reason you will not be able to work at your scheduled time, YOU MUST contact Ashlee Lawrence 334-488-9494 as soon as possible. Failure to do so will jeopardize your early shopping privileges or being a seller in the next sale.​

​

  • If you find that you will not be able to participate in this sale, you must let us know by the Wednesday before the sale.

​

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your work shift begins to check in and get your assignment. There will be a LL Council member there to tell you what needs to be done. Do not bring your spouse! Workers’ children and spouses will NOT be allowed to stay until shopping time unless their shift ends when they come to shop. NO WORKING ON/TAGGING YOUR ITEMS WHILE ON YOUR OWN SHIFT. 

​

  • During your 3-hour shift, you should be checking items for appropriateness, hanging clothes, straightening racks, helping customers, and assisting at the register, etc. Everyone needs to pitch in to make the sale a success.

​

​​   All clothes will be left on the hanger when sold.

  • $3.00 is added to every credit/debit transaction.

  • At the public sale Friday night and Saturday ALL adults will pay $1.00 to enter. Kids are admitted free.

  • The tags have been redesigned. In the past, safety pins have been removed from the item when it is bought. The tags will not be cut off of the item, leaving the safety pin attached to the item. YOU MUST USE OUR TAG SYSTEM!

  • All clothes must be hung on hangers. Make sure the hanger hook is turned away from the tag. All face left on racks. Pin tags to the front right shoulder or pocket of pants. Clothing should face left on racks.

  • For outfits, place pants behind shirt, attaching them to the hanger with safety pins.

  • Attach pants to hanger with safety pins.

  • If you use a garment tagging gun, only place the tag at the closest seam.

  • Little Lambs only sells children’s clothes, Teen clothes, shoes, toys, furniture and maternity clothes that are in good, re-salable condition. Only COUNCIL members are allowed to sell adult clothes.

  • Every item that is brought in the door is checked to make sure it is a current registered seller, the price is in a whole dollar format, and is sale season appropriate.

  • Clothing with stains, rips, defects, etc., is to be sent back with the seller or put in a reject box.

  • Toys must have all parts and be in working condition, with batteries. 

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY FALL/WINTER ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SALE. Also, please allow one hour between check-in and work in process. No items will be received after 12 noon on the Friday of the sale. NO LESS than 25 items and NO MORE than 250 items per seller.​​​​

  • LITTLE LAMBS COUNCIL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ITEMS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE SALE. THE COUNCIL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

  • Please remember that the Preview Sale is for the sellers only. No family members, guests or children will be allowed to shop with you. Please also remember the Preview Sale is CASH/CREDIT ONLY. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please bring small bills if possible.

   *Saturday only 50% off sale if the item is eligible.

  • Sellers have the option to sell remaining items at 50% off to help the sale and Little Lambs. There is a box on the tag that says: Not eligible 50% off. If you wish for the item to sell at 50% off on Saturday, you MUST check the box on tag. Otherwise the item will be 50% off the marked price of said Saturday. This is not in effect on Friday night sale — Saturday ONLY!
